Cancellation Policy

JRC TRAILER RENTALS LLC RELEASE OF LIABILITY • ASSUMPTION OF RISK • HOLD HARMLESS • INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT Arizona ONLINE ACCEPTANCE: By booking, clicking "I Agree," submitting payment, taking possession of, or using any JRC trailer, you agree to this Agreement as if you signed it. This Agreement binds you and anyone you permit to use the trailer. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, legally competent, and authorized to enter this Agreement. You voluntarily assume ALL RISKS, known and unknown, associated with the rental, possession, towing, loading, unloading, operation, storage, maintenance, and return of the trailer, including accidents, collisions, rollovers, equipment failure, tire or hitch failure, cargo loss, theft, weather, road conditions, loading errors, property damage, bodily injury, disability, or death. You acknowledge you had the opportunity to inspect the trailer, accept it AS IS, and that JRC makes no warranties except those expressly stated in writing. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY ARIZONA LAW, you forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue JRC Trailer Rentals LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, expense, or attorney fees arising from or relating to the rental or use of the trailer, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply only where Arizona law prohibits waiver, including JRC's gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct. You agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS JRC from all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, attorney fees, and expenses arising from your rental or use of the trailer, including third-party claims, property damage, personal injury, death, cargo loss, traffic incidents, and violations of law while the trailer is in your possession or control. You are solely responsible for maintaining all required insurance. Any insurance carried by JRC is excess only. You waive all rights of subrogation against JRC. Arizona law governs this Agreement. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. BY BOOKING OR USING THE TRAILER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY, AND WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO SUE JRC
